- Culture Building: Embed and reinforce our core values throughout all HR activities, fostering an inclusive and motivated workplace.
- Strategic Development: Partner with executive leadership to guide the people strategy, ensuring scalability and continuous improvement.
- Location Support: Regularly travel between Boca Raton and Orlando offices to maintain a visible presence and support multi-location operations.
What we’re looking for:
- HR Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred for enhanced credibility.
- Certification: PHR/SPHR preferred, enhancing professional knowledge and credibility.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in legal or high-performance environments, adept at navigating strong personalities and high accountability.
- Cultural Fit: Strong alignment with firm values, including a growth mindset and integrity-driven results.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, familiar with platforms like Paylocity, and experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Personal Traits: Highly proactive, trustworthy, and personable with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels. Adaptable to diverse and dynamic environments.
- Grit and Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and tenacity in demanding work settings, comfortable under pressure.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how HR decisions affect financial performance, productivity, risk, operations, and other departments. Able to balance employee needs with the broader interests and goals of the business.
Why you should work here:
- Visible Impact: Work directly with firm founders, making significant contributions to our people policies and organizational development.
- Leadership Opportunity: Autonomy to craft HR strategies and build a responsive HR team that scales with firm growth.
- Core Values: Engage in a culture that prioritizes continuous improvement, transparency, and meaningful work.
- Supportive Environment: Benefit from mentorship and development opportunities, with access to HR leadership coaching from seasoned experts.

- Comprehensive Insurance: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees, demonstrating our commitment to your wellbeing.
- Generous PTO: 15 days of PTO annually, plus paid holidays, fostering work-life balance.
- Retirement Plan: Participate in our 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor contribution and potential profit sharing, supporting future financial security.
- In-Office Leadership Presence: This role is based primarily in our Boca Raton office and requires a visible, hands-on presence with our team. The Director should also expect regular interaction with and periodic travel to our Orlando office.
