- Help providers and staff understand Cerula Care’s services, appropriate patient populations, referral pathways, and the role of the BHCM within the Collaborative Care Model.
- Act as a liaison between referring specialists, practice teams, patients, and Cerula Care, ensuring clinical and administrative questions are answered or routed promptly.
- Partner with Cerula Care’s commercial and customer success leaders to support referral engagement, identify barriers and opportunities, and strengthen adoption across practice sites.
- Gather and communicate field feedback to improve launch execution, training, provider experience, patient experience, and referral workflows.
- Track relationship-building and field activities and contribute to practical, outcomes-focused plans for improving provider engagement and appropriate patient referrals.
