Centri Business Consulting provides advisory consulting services in financial reporting, internal controls, technical accounting research, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, tax, CFO, and HR advisory services.

This Tax Partner will lead the buildout and growth of Centri’s Tax Advisory practice by developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans aligned with the firm’s mission and vision.

Core Responsibilities:

• Elevate the Centri brand through thought leadership and marketing and sales programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent Tax Advisory engagements providing corporate tax planning, research, and tax provision services.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of complex tax concepts through internal knowledge sharing and panel discussions.
• Complete tax diligence procedures and collaborate with the M&A Advisory team on financial due diligence projects.
• Evaluate tax software implementation and tax automation opportunities.
• Build national relationships to expand the Centri brand, business, and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 12+ years of relevant technical experience; professional services experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.
