About the role

Celigo believes integration should empower innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), Celigo aims to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes, using runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations.

Celigo is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Customer Zero to own the Customer Zero program: running Celigo on Celigo across GTM, CX, and G&A systems to discover challenges, feed insights into Product, and provide Sales with a live reference.

What would you do if hired?

  • Own the Customer Zero program as a funded initiative with a roadmap, clear outcomes, and an operating rhythm across competing priorities. Set the pace, define completion, and measure success by business value delivered.
  • Drive adoption of Celigo's products (agents, MCP, Ora/CLI, integrations) inside GTO's GTM, CX, and G&A systems. Surface friction, prioritize it, and partner with the CPO's organization to incorporate it into Product's roadmap.
  • Use Celigo's AI-powered platform in daily work, provide Product feedback on new agentic capabilities, and help define what AI-first means in enterprise workflows.
  • Bring product discipline to every workstream through defined requirements, success criteria, and prioritization grounded in adoption and business value. Deliver the smallest valuable version and iterate.
  • Design underlying business processes and own the solution as a product manager, ensuring what ships delivers an outstanding experience.
  • Balance user needs with security, privacy, and governance considerations (RBAC, permissions, service accounts). Build governance patterns, reference architectures, and proof points for enterprise conversations.
  • Represent how Celigo runs on Celigo at flagship events and customer and prospect conversations. Package internal use into references and enable Product Marketing and Sales to scale the story.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

  • Translate clearly between business stakeholders (GTM, CX, G&A) and technical teams, with enough systems knowledge to design processes.
  • Use data (adoption, usage, outcomes) to prioritize, influence colleagues and executives, and identify early when something isn't working.

Education & Experience

  • 8+ years in product management, comfortable operating hands-on as a Principal individual contributor while owning a program end-to-end.
  • Deep functional experience in GTM and/or CX operations and the systems that run them (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar), sufficient to design the processes, not just manage the backlog.
  • Track record of running an internal-as-first-customer, dogfooding, or Customer Zero program, or standing up a Product function where one didn't exist.
  • Experience building and packaging reference stories or proof points that Sales and Marketing can use externally.
  • Preferred: background with SaaS, iPaaS, integration, or automation platforms, and comfort with AI-first or agentic products.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience using the product you support internally.
  • Preferred: close partnership with a CPO or Product org to influence a public roadmap.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $175,000 and $200,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay depends on skills, experience, geographic location, and other permitted factors. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks.

Here you'll experience

  • Remote-first culture built on trust, collaboration, and transparency.
  • High-growth, inclusive work environment where innovation and implementation are encouraged.
  • Learning opportunities, supportive coworkers, and competitive compensation and benefits, including vacation, wellness days, holidays, parental leave, a benefits package, monthly tech stipend, recognition, and career development opportunities.
