What We Are Looking For:
- Deliver personalized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
- Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad
- Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families to support meaningful outcomes
- Partner closely with the BCBA and team to evaluate progress and help adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Actively contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented clinic environment
What You Need:
- Not Required but preferred Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry level BT roles
- Full-Time Availability Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm
- Passion for working with children with special needs and making a difference in their lives
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs
