About the role
Clock in. Make a difference. Pet a dog. Repeat.
If you’re looking for a part-time job where you’re more than “just the front desk,” welcome home.
We’re searching for a Veterinary Client Services Rep who’s organized, upbeat, and ready to be the heartbeat of our clinic. You’ll be the first smile clients see and the steady voice they trust — whether they’re bringing in a brand-new puppy or a 15-year-old best friend.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are
- Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat
- Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly
- Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional “my dog ate WHAT?” moment
- Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people)
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience (required)
- You genuinely love animals and people
- You’re a strong communicator (in person + on the phone)
- Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended)
- Can work on a rotating Saturday schedule
- Someone who is looking to work 25 - 30 hours.
- You can multitask without spiraling
- You bring positive energy, even on busy days
- Customer service experience? Cool. Great attitude? Cooler.
If you’re dependable, adaptable, and know how to read the room (or the bark), you’ll fit right in.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- Supportive, inclusive team that actually has your back
- Flexible part-time schedule (because life > work 24/7)
- Room to grow and level up your skills
- Daily pet cuddles (yes, this is a real perk)
- Competitive pay based on experience
- A workplace that cares about the community, pets, and YOU
If you’re ready to work somewhere that values fun, kindness, and making a real difference every day — this is your sign.
