Why you’ll love this role:

StockX is looking for an E-Commerce Growth Specialist to help execute, analyze and grow our commerce acquisition programs.

This role will have a primary focus across StockX's Google and Microsoft portfolio, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen, while developing broader capabilities across experimentation, creative, measurement and emerging growth opportunities.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Google & Commerce Growth and partners across Creative, Analytics and the broader Growth organization to turn insights into experiments and experiments into scalable growth. You will support acquisition across the StockX marketplace, including newer trading experiences such as Live, Listings and Mystery Boxes.

What you'll do:

  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and emerging Google products.
  • Manage campaign builds, budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences, product segmentation, search queries and other day-to-day performance levers.
  • Analyze performance across platform and business metrics to identify opportunities, diagnose changes and recommend actions.
  • Develop hypotheses and execute structured experiments across campaigns, audiences, bidding, creative, feeds and customer experiences.
  • Support incrementality testing and measurement initiatives, analyzing results and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Creative teams to launch and evaluate new messaging, formats and concepts across Google's creative-enabled products.
  • Analyze creative performance and use learnings to inform future briefs and testing priorities.
  • Test new platform products, AI-powered capabilities and automation opportunities.
  • Support product feed strategy, including segmentation, optimization and opportunities to improve how StockX inventory is represented across commerce media.
  • Develop fluency across tagging, conversion tracking, feeds, attribution and the technical infrastructure supporting paid acquisition.
  • Partner with Analytics and other cross-functional teams to investigate performance and measurement questions.
  • Support acquisition and experimentation for StockX's broader marketplace, including Live, Listings, Mystery Boxes and future buying experiences.
  • Maintain clear documentation of experiments, results and learnings and help translate those insights across the Growth organization.
  • Stay current on changes across commerce, media platforms, AI and consumer behavior and identify opportunities for experimentation.
  • Take increasing ownership of growth initiatives from hypothesis and execution through analysis, recommendation and scale.
  • Contribute to broader Growth team priorities and experiments where your skills and experience can help accelerate an opportunity.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, e-commerce or a related performance marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, particularly Search and Shopping.
  • Experience with or strong interest in Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and emerging Google products.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into insights and actions.
  • Understanding of core e-commerce and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Experience developing, executing or analyzing structured marketing experiments.
  • Interest in creative strategy and understanding how messaging, formats and creative influence performance.
  • Familiarity with product feeds, tagging, conversion tracking and digital measurement fundamentals.
  • Curiosity about incrementality, attribution and how marketing drives business outcomes beyond platform-reported performance.
  • Interest in AI, automation and emerging applications within performance marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working hands-on within advertising platforms and datasets.
  • A growth mindset with curiosity across channels, technology, creative and the customer experience.
