  • Build automated reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into operational and financial priorities
  • Improve internal AI and knowledge-management workflows to make company information easier to access and use
  • Develop automations for recurring processes such as intake, approvals, notifications, tracking, and follow-up
  • Support the implementation and improvement of operational systems, including CRM and contract management workflows
  • Conduct research and analysis to support operational and financial decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and implement practical solutions
  • Support ad hoc business operations and finance projects based on company priorities
  • Work with the Business Operations Lead to identify operational bottlenecks, develop solutions, and drive projects through implementation

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in at least a bachelor’s degree program, and going into your Junior or Senior year of studies
  • Must have prior internship experience, or significant (>1yr) project team, organization, or relevant work experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using Python or another programming or scripting language
  • Demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation to practical business problems
  • GPA of 3.5 or above
  • Experience in a University club or organization, leadership role preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to take an ambiguous problem, understand the underlying process, and develop a practical solution
  • Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally with different groups and teams
