About the role

Job Description:

  • Develop, validate, and maintain 0D/1D plant models for propulsion, chassis, ADAS, and infotainment systems.
  • Support XIL workflows, virtual testing, requirements validation, system verification, model reduction, and simulation optimization.
  • Collaborate with system design, architecture, controls, testing, suppliers, and tool vendors.
  • Maintain model quality, documentation, version control, configuration management, and compatibility with simulation platforms.
  • Contribute to model reviews, quality checks, tool evaluation, benchmarking, continuous integration, and process improvements.

Requirements / Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant modeling, simulation, or V&V environments.
  • Knowledge of Model-Based Development, virtual testing, physical system modeling, CI/CD tools, and one scripting language.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or similar modeling tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive OEM experience and familiarity with MIL/SIL/HIL environments.
  • Understanding of automotive V&V processes and standards.
  • Experience with model validation and correlation, variant/configuration management, and version control systems.
  • Domain experience in propulsion, ADAS, chassis, or infotainment.
