About the role
Role Overview:
- Lead the development and scaling of enterprise xIL capabilities for virtual vehicle development.
- Develop and industrialize xIL frameworks, toolchains, restbus simulation solutions, and XDK.
- Define architecture, guide engineering teams, and drive standardized solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable SiL, HiL, and ViL frameworks.
- Develop simulation orchestration, workflow engines, lifecycle management systems, data pipelines, and analytics frameworks.
- Establish CI/CD strategies and enable cloud-based distributed simulation.
- Define restbus simulation architecture and network simulation models for CAN, Ethernet, LIN, and FlexRay.
- Partner with global modeling, software, architecture, integration, validation, and testing teams.
- Drive rollout, adoption, training, prioritization, and risk management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with xIL frameworks, virtual validation, simulation toolchains, system integration, test automation, and CI/CD environments.
- Expertise in automotive communication protocols and restbus simulation.
- Experience with version control, complex system integration, debugging, and Agile/Scrum.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Automotive OEM or Tier-1 experience.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, ETAS, Vector, AUTOSAR, Linux, embedded systems, XDK, cloud simulation, distributed computing, and simulation data management.
- Domain expertise in ADAS, autonomous driving, electrification, propulsion, chassis, body, or infotainment systems.
