What You'll Do

• Supervise, mentor & cheer on your RBTs
• Review data and client progress
• Edit programs and develop meaningful goals
• Build genuine relationships with families
• Provide caregiver support and guidance
• Collaborate with a team that actually likes collaboration
• Practice ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA

Other requirements

Willing to consider a BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license as well.
