About the role
Key Responsibilities
RFP Coordination & Financial Writing
- Manage the end-to-end drafting cycle for RFPs, RFIs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
- Manage proposal timelines by assigning tasks and extracting technical input from subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Write clear narratives detailing investment philosophies, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Update and curate the centralized proposal content library (e.g., Loopio, Responsive, or Qvidian).
- Review all answers against institutional brand standards and strict financial regulatory guidelines.
PowerPoint Design & Presentation Support
- Format and refine final-round presentation decks using established financial service templates.
- Convert complex financial charts, performance tables, and portfolio metrics into clean, scannable slides.
- Clean up layout spacing, typography, and alignment to ensure a sophisticated corporate aesthetic.
- Partner with the relationship management teams to structure the narrative flow of pitch meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Word (styles and formatting) and PowerPoint (master slides and charting).
- Direct hands-on experience using proposal database software such as Qvidian.
- Ability to read and correctly position investment performance data, tables, and asset management concepts.
Professional Competencies
- Ability to integrate seamlessly into an established team structure and take direction from senior team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage concurrent deadlines across multiple proposals.
- Strong editorial skill to translate dense financial jargon into accessible, value-driven client language.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B proposal writing, specifically within banking, asset management, or financial services.
