- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workplace Experience partners and specialists across the region, setting a high bar for service, ownership, and execution.
- Use key performance indicators such as in-person attendance, space utilization, operational performance, and employee satisfaction to identify opportunities and guide continuous improvement.
- Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships across real estate, property management, Food & Beverage, design, and other workplace services to deliver exceptional value and quality.
- Lead cross-functional planning with IT, Finance, Security, and People & Talent for new office builds, workplace initiatives, and regional expansion.
- Own internal workplace communications, helping employees understand and make the most of our spaces, programs, and ways of working.
- Create memorable in-office experiences and serve on the Culture Committee to develop programs that engage, inspire, and connect employees across the region.
